Because Fly-In Holiday Rentals is aimed exclusively at pilots and aviation enthusiasts in the UK, it is tailored exclusively for them.
Rather than the usual online booking with holiday rental sites, renters are able to talk to an actual person to tell them what they need in terms of accommodation and facilities, which would then be matched with an available Hangar Home on the Aeropark of their choice.
Once booked, all the information would be passed onto the Aeroclub at the Aeropark they have chosen, who would know when to expect them and do the Meet & Greet when they arrive, on behalf of the owner. Whilst staying there, all issues or problems would be the responsibility of the manager of the Aeroclub, who would also live in the apartment upstairs so would be available 24/7, thereby relieving the owner of any responsibility whilst their Hangar Home is being rented out.
For the owner, it means that they can benefit from all of the rental income derived from renting out their Hangar Home without any hassle.
